Planting season is coming to an end. Here and there, the last bulbs and scales are still being planted. We look back on a successful and largely smooth planting period. The start was somewhat challenging due to wet conditions, but this was followed by a long period of excellent weather in which a lot of work could be done βοΈ
Now we are hoping for some welcome rain, as it is currently relatively dry in the Netherlands. Rain would give the planted fields a great start to the growing season π§οΈπ±

The first bulbs are now in our show greenhouse! The greenhouse is slowly filling with the freshly planted bulbs. Once again, we have prepared a beautiful and diverse assortment for the Dutch Lily Days.
During these days we will present our newest varieties as well as our trusted favorites. Itβs a great opportunity to see the assortment up close, get inspired, and meet each other in the greenhouse.
The Dutch Lily Days will take place from June 2 to June 5, so be sure to mark these dates in your calendar. We look forward to welcoming you!

At the moment we are busy sieving our prepared summer scales. These bulbs were scaled in the summer of 2025 and have undergone a temperature treatment from September until now. During this process, small new bulbs gradually form on the scales β the foundation for the next generation of lilies.
Gradually we are transitioning from two-year scales to summer scales. We do this for several reasons: agricultural land for multi-year crops is becoming increasingly scarce, and with summer scales the risk of frost damage in early spring is no longer an issue.
In this way we continue working towards an efficient and future-proof cultivation πΈ
